Public Training Terms and Conditions 2022

  1. Bookings/Registrations

Public course bookings can be made via the PM Career Success website: www.pmcareersuccess.com

  1. Payment

Payment can be made directly via our website at the time of booking by Credit/Debit card. All major Credit/Debit cards are accepted.

We do NOT accept cash payments.

  1. Non-Payment

PM Career Success reserves the right to refuse course admission if payment has not been received prior to the course start date or by the invoice payable date.

  1. Customer Cancellation/Transfer
    • No-Show Policy

Where PM Career Success receives no cancellation notice from the delegate prior to the start of the course, and the delegate does not attend the training, the following will apply:

  • No refund of the course fee will be provided
  • The option to transfer is not available and a new course booking will need to be made and paid

 

  • Substitution Policy

A substitute can be named up to 5 days prior to the course at no extra charge. The substitute must meet all course prerequisites as defined by PM Career Success.

  • Transfer Policy

PM Career Success understands that circumstances may occur which require the customer to re- schedule training to another PM Career Success public training course if there are alternative courses. If there are no suitable alternative courses and cancellation is the only option, our standard cancellation policy applies.

All transfers must be confirmed by email and the following fees will apply immediately.

4.3.1        Public Courses

4.3.2        Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be confirmed by email and the following fees will apply immediately.

Less than 1 weeks 100% of total course fee (no refund)

 

4.3.3         Cancellation and alterations to course contents, dates, and course facilitator

PM Career Success reserves the right to cancel or change any public or in-house course and undertakes to provide reasonable notice of the cancellation or change except in the case of an emergency. The delegates will be entitled to a refund of fees paid to PM Career Success in the event of a cancellation or significant changes but shall not otherwise be entitled to compensation or costs or damages arising from such a cancellation or change. We will do our best to accommodate delegates on to a suitable alternative course/date.

  1. Refunds

PM Career Success will refund fees paid according to Section 4. If payment for the order was originally made by credit card, any refund due will be made back to the same card, less any relevant transaction fees payable to processing financial institutions. If payment for the order was made by another method, the refund will be made by direct bank transfer.

  1. Fees, Card Charges and Receipts

Public course fees made via our website to book our courses cover tuition on the day(s), all relevant course materials, and resources. No additional charges will be made to the delegates other than the fees stated on our website at the time of booking. PM Career Success will be responsible for covering all processing costs resulting from booking our courses.

All delegates are responsible for providing all necessary equipment, internet access and systems that meet the requirements of online learning at their expense.

  1. Course Joining Instructions

Course Joining Instructions include virtual session details, course start/finish times and trainer details. These are sent within 24 hours of registration. Please check your email spam folders for joining instructions and if you have not received them, please contact us by calling or emailing us. It may be helpful to include PM Career Success email as a trusted source. Please refer to the last page for contact details.

  1. Copyright

All PM Career Success course materials including graphics, code, software, audio, music and design is owned by PM Career Success. No content, in whole or in part, of the PM Career Success materials may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed, linked to, or used in any way without the prior written permission of PM Career Success. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of the copyright and other intellectual property rights of PM Career Success, or in the case of material licensed to PM Career Success, the owner of the materials.

  1. Disclaimer

PM Career Success is NOT a training institute and as such, does not issue any accredited certificates (or otherwise) to course delegates. What we do is to provide experience-based course instructions, guidance and role plays for individuals desiring to build successful careers in project management.

  1. Discounts and Scholarships
    • Discounts

PM Career Success may, from time to time, offer Discounts or Special Offers on the courses listed on the website. Discounts and Special Offers are at the discretion of PM Career Success and may be withdrawn at any time without warning. Please see website for current prices.

  • Scholarships

PM Career Success may offer a scholarship scheme to those considered to have met the requirements at the discretion of PM Career Success, subject to PM Career Success selection criteria. The scholarship scheme maybe in the form of discounts or prepaid course fees redeemable from the website. PM Career Success is not obligated to provide this scholarship scheme on a continuous basis.
